Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high volume periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), processing time may take an additional 24-48 hours.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United Kingdom: 7 to 15 business days

  • Europe (France, Germany, etc.): 7 to 15 business days

  • USA & Canada: 10 to 20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15 to 25 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over 120 TO FRANCE.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

MORESCA PARIS LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the days specified in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at CustomerService@morescaparis.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

MORESCA PARIS LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at CustomerService@morescaparis.com so we can assist you in locating the package or arranging a replacement.

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at CustomerService@morescaparis.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
